You will not really use grenades much as you will try to win with your gun "skill". When you do, these are what you will use. Grenades not talked about are Molotov Cocktails, Incendiary grenades, Decoy grenades, and High Explosive grenades.
Throw these to blind enemies and yourself.
Throw these randomly to sometimes have them cover sightlines and be effective.
